How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Do You Accept Returns/Exchanges?
On services such as commissions, all sales are final. I will make up to three edits to the picture if it requires such but other than that no returns are accepted.
On certain products, I will accept exchanges. Exchanges are allowed within a 14-day period after receiving your product due to human error (i.e-sending the wrong print, bad print quality, etc. but not including any damage caused en route.) Exchanges are allowed for products of equal or lesser value and will be shipped to you with no extra fee.
Do You Take Commissions?
I do! All commissions should be placed on my portfolio site using my contact widget.
Meet The Artist
Jacinda Aytch, resident of North Carolina, is a graphic designer and illustrator, with over 5 years of experience. While she has worked with several authors and artists to bring different artistic visions to life, her current and biggest project right now is her comic StepSisters on Webtoon and Tapas.
Her style is influenced by a myriad of styles and inspirations including, but not limited to anime and manga like Blank Slate & Inuyasha, comics like Archie and Friends & Niobe, and novels like Beloved by Toni Morrison and The Interview with the Vampire series. In her work, you’ll find overarching themes of mysticism, the yin and yang of what it means to be feminine and masculine, and the struggles of anxiety and how to overcome it just to name a few.
Her goal is to make magic and share her own experience and perspective through her art.
